This video demonstrates a new rescue device designed for use in PCR during phaco to prevent a nucleus drop, which can be carefully inserted under the fragments and secured using iris hooks. The overlying fragments can then be emulsified safely.Potential advantages-PCR can be managed through 2.2/2.8 mm wound, IOL can be planned after proper assessment, easy loading, insertion and explantation.
