Course Description
This video-based course aims to guide surgeons in preparing, approaching and managing complex scenarios. It will cover techniques for addressing subluxated cataracts, managing posterior capsular tears with or without vitreous involvement, handling damaged intraocular lenses including IOL exchange, intraoperative miosis, selecting the right IOLs for various difficult situations, and strategies for cases with insufficient capsular support.

Educational Objective
After attending this course, I want learners to be able to confidently and effectively manage complex cataract cases. They should be equipped with the skills and techniques necessary to address a range of challenging situations, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. The course aims to enhance their problem-solving abilities and practical knowledge, enabling them to handle intricate procedures with greater expertise and assurance.
