This film showcases a modified approach to posterior polar cataract surgery. Three key steps define our technique: (1) use of an AC maintainer, (2) creation of an oval rhexis, and (3) low infusion pressure. These measures reduce capsular stress, lower the risk of rupture, and enable safer, more predictable outcomes.
