Case description: My case is a presentation of iris prosthesis for traumatic aniridia. We will focus on various strategies for iris prosthesis placement, considerations for injectors, and various postoperative issues associated with the procedure.

Surgical techniques include iris hook placement, capsular tension ring insertion, iris suturing, and iris cautery.
